Nostalgia often takes me back to my childhood in Palestine, where each city had its own unique fruit that marked the seasons and created special memories. In Tulkarm, I remember the sweetness of the figs, bursting with flavor and filling the air with their rich aroma. Meanwhile, Gaza is forever linked in my mind with strawberries. I used to feel the joy of picking fresh strawberries in the fields, their bright red color and irresistible taste used to make every visit to the countryside an adventure. These memories of fruits, tied to different places, are a cherished part of my childhood, reminding me of the simple pleasures and beautiful landscapes of my homeland.
